ArastraderoWaterCressSalad

Wild watercress
 The trails upstream are open for horseback riding, so I only tasted a bit of it to make sure it was watercress ...
Elsa and Maya helped me gather the cress for a salad

Triple washed (very little detergent, gentle cycle, short spin).
Served with KeyLime/OliveOil/Salt/pepper/Garlic/Walnuts dressing. The KeyLimes were also gleaned with permission from a neighbour.

Why is this on my "political" blog? Because of gleaned and foraged ingredients.
